Information About The Service

The service:
Jettech Broadband Internet Service is a post-paid broadband service offering fast speed internet access with a monthly included data allowance.

You can choose to have you speed reduced (shaped) to 1Mbps once you used up all your included allowance or you can continue using the service at the same speed and pay excess data charges.

Bundling:
This service is not conditional on you having a phone line with us. Please contact us if you wish to have a service that also includes a phone line with us.

Mandatory components:
You will require a modem/router for this service. The monthly fee includes the cost for a standard modem/router.

Minimum term:
The service is available with a minimum term of 12 months.

Important conditions:
This service may not be available at your location. Please call us to find out if you can be connected to this service at your location.

This service provides you a single static IP addresses. Additional static IP addresses can be purchased at an additional monthly cost. Please contact us for further information.

Maximum monthly charge:
The maximum monthly charge depends on whether you have chosen to purchase additional data via our Additional Data Packs.

Early termination charges:
If you cancel your service prior to the end of your contract term you will incur early termination charges. These are calculated by multiplying the number of outstanding contract months times the minimum monthly contract charge.

Other Information

Usage information:
You will receive an email reminder at 50%, 75%, 90%, and 100% of your monthly quota usage outlining your current usage and your allowance. Once you’ve used 100% of your quota, we’ll apply ‘shaping’ which will reduce the speed of your service until your next rollover date, being midnight at the end of the calendar month. Options are:

  • Top up your quota instantly with a Data Pack, see Unit Pricing information
  • Reduce your usage (for example, by disabling peer to peer file-sharing or other high download services)
  • Request an upgrade to a higher quota plan, which will become available on your next rollover date.
