Our first step is to get some details from you, one of our techs will check your location to let you know what speeds are available.
(Yes! We actually make sure you’re able to get the speed you want before you go any further. That’s a bit refreshing isn’t it?)
The fine print.
All plans have a minimum service term of 12 months.
We have a standard domestic installation fee of $649 including GST which covers the next-generation fixed wireless hardware install. Business installs are subject to quoting as sites vary widely. The fixed wireless hardware and roof mount remains property of Jettech Networks.
Data usage is unlimited, but subject to our Fair Use Policy. If you go absolutely bananas (or your kid does) downloading everything, we’ll get in touch and work out a strategy to sort you out.
Plans are subject to us making sure we can provide the service to you (we call this service qualification) we’ll check to make sure we can deliver the goods, and until you accept a contract you’re under no obligation whatsoever. This also means we can tell you how fast you can go, we won’t sell you a plan that won’t go as a fast as it should.
Business services offer fixed IP addresses and a business grade Service Level Agreement. (That’s why business plans cost more). We can offer custom dedicated access plans, including speeds up to 10Gbps, pop over to our enterprise section to find out more.
